So yesterday I thought I had a fairly easy workout routine for my arms: arm-workout-clicky. I only used 1 and 2 kg-weights, so max combined to 3 kg.
But while working in the animalshelter I started to notice how sore and tight my arm muscles felt! By now I can’t properly stretch my triceps and my biceps don’t want to lift heavy anymore.
You could say it was a pretty good workout :D Perhaps more want to try it?
